Validation of simple immunostick test with various concentrations of ζ-globin chain. Sticks were coated with anti ζ-globin chain mAb, goat anti-mouse immunoglobulins antibody (positive control) or isotype-matched mAb control (negative control). Then, the immunosticks were blocked with 2% skimmed milk in PBS. Anti ζ-globin mAb coated immunosticks were dipped in the hemolysate containing various concentrations of ζ-globin chain as indicated. The positive and negative control immunosticks were dipped in the hemolysate containing 2 μg/mL ζ-globin. Color spots were developed as described in Fig. 2
